IBE Professional & Olympic Pathway

Built for Athletes Competing Where the Difference Is Everything.

When the stakes rise, preparation alone is not enough. This pathway helps identify what holds up under pressure, what breaks down, and what to train next.

    Who this pathway is for

    Collegiate Athletes

Competing at the highest level of college sport, often inside complex roles, expectations, and selection pressure.

    Professional Athletes

Performing in environments where contract status, role, and identity depend on what shows up in competition.

    National & International Competitors

Athletes whose performance is measured against the best in their country or in the world.

    Olympic-Pathway Athletes

Adult athletes inside long-cycle, high-stakes preparation where every detail matters.

    What this pathway measures

Nine performance domains, each evaluated in both practice and competition contexts, plus the transfer pattern between them.

Why generic mental training fails high-performance athletes

    Assessment first. Training second.

Mental training that is not built off a clear assessment treats every athlete the same. This pathway uses a deterministic scoring engine and consultant review to identify the two or three areas that will actually move performance — and then trains those, weekly, for ninety days.

    How it works

    1. 1Assessment — 72 core items + a brief context module.
    2. 2Personalized Snapshot — your competition capacity, transfer integrity, pressure-system reliability.
    3. 3Performance Review — a consultant-led conversation about your pattern and your sport.
    4. 490-Day Development Pathway — assigned actions, dosage, and weekly review.
    5. 5Apply Under Pressure — practice and competition reps with deliberate cues.
    6. 6Snapshot Progress — short check-ins; reassess when the cycle ends.
