What IBE Is

IBE Performance LLC (Ohio) provides mental performance coaching and athlete-development education through assessments, training modules, dashboards, and coach support. It is not medical care, mental health treatment, diagnosis, or crisis service.

Accounts

You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and use the platform only for its intended purpose. Coaches and team admins agree to handle athlete data responsibly.

Subscriptions & Payments

Plans are billed through Stripe at the prices shown at checkout. Monthly plans renew monthly; annual plans renew yearly. You can cancel anytime — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Remote Default & In-Person Services

Most individual strategy sessions, including the Profile + Game Plan Session, are delivered remotely by Zoom unless otherwise approved in writing. In-person individual sessions and in-person team mental performance training are available by request only and within the United States. Final in-person pricing depends on location, travel, session length, team size, and scope and is quoted separately. Team services may require a separate written agreement.

Acceptable Use

No abuse of the platform, no resale of content, no reverse engineering. Assessment results are intended for the athlete and their authorized coach/parent — not for ranking, punishment, or roster decisions.

Scope & Disclaimer

IBE Performance provides mental performance coaching and education. It is not therapy, diagnosis, medical treatment, clinical care, or a crisis service. IBE does not guarantee scholarship offers, team selection, playing time, or any specific performance outcome. See the Disclaimer for full scope language. If you or an athlete are experiencing a mental health crisis, contact a qualified provider or call/text 988 in the U.S.

Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, IBE Performance LLC's liability is limited to the amount paid in the prior 12 months.
