    Our commitment

    IBE Performance LLC is committed to making our website, assessments, training tools, and coaching communications accessible to athletes, parents, coaches, and team staff with a wide range of abilities.

    Standard we target

    We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 AA (and WCAG 2.2 AA where practical) across public marketing pages, the scorecard, the Mental Performance Profile, scheduling, and member-facing portal surfaces. Accessibility is an ongoing effort — we audit and improve continuously and welcome feedback when something falls short.

    If you experience difficulty accessing any part of this website, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to provide the information or service in an accessible format.

    Please include the page URL, the device and browser you were using, and a short description of the barrier you encountered. We aim to respond within one business day.

    Alternate access

    On request we can deliver scorecard questions, profile summaries, and game-plan documents in plain-text or large-print formats, or walk through the assessment by phone or video.

    Third-party services

    Parts of the site use third-party services (Stripe checkout, Google Calendar booking, embedded video). If you cannot use a third-party surface, contact us and we will provide an accessible alternative (for example, a phone-based scheduling option or invoice payment).
