What We Collect

Account information (name, email, role), assessment responses you choose to submit, optional billing details handled by Stripe, and basic usage analytics (page views, CTA clicks) used to improve the product. We do not sell personal information.

How We Use It

To deliver your scorecard and recommended training, run your account, send transactional emails (receipts, reminders, results), and improve the platform. Coaches and team admins only see athlete data within teams they manage.

Sharing

We share data only with the processors required to run the service: payment processing (Stripe), email delivery (Resend), authentication and database hosting (Supabase/Lovable Cloud), and analytics. We do not share assessment answers with third parties for advertising.

Coach & Team Privacy

Coach and team-facing surfaces show aggregate team patterns by default. Individual athlete responses, MPOP scorecard answers, and individual profile reports are not shared with coaches or team staff unless the athlete (or their parent/guardian, where applicable) has explicit permission in place. We do not sell personal assessment responses.

Youth Athletes & Parents

IBE Performance is not marketed as a child-directed platform for users under 13. Athletes under 18 should involve a parent or guardian. Parents may request review or deletion of their athlete's data at any time by emailing ibeperformance26@gmail.com. Raw assessment answers are not shared with parents or coaches by default.

Your Rights

You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data by emailing ibeperformance26@gmail.com.

Security

Data is stored with Row Level Security, encrypted in transit, and access-restricted to the account owner and authorized coaches/admins.

IBE tools are designed for mental performance education and athlete development. They are not clinical diagnostic tools and do not replace medical or mental health care. See the Disclaimer for full scope language.
