    What is IBE Performance?
    IBE Performance is an assessment-driven Mental Performance Operating System for athletes, parents, coaches, teams, schools, clubs, and organizations. We measure pressure-response patterns, train the specific gap exposed by performance, and track development over time.
    How does the free Mental Performance Scorecard work?
    The Scorecard is a short self-assessment that scores confidence, focus, pressure response, composure, and consistency. You get a tier (Foundation Needed, Developing, Competitive Ready, Competitive Edge) and a recommended next step — no payment required.
    What are the current offers?
    Pricing and access depend on the review, consult, or approved payment path. If you are unsure what you purchased or what access you should have, contact support and we will review it. Team scope and pricing are discussed privately after the consult.
    Is this only for one sport?
    No. IBE works for athletes, teams, schools, clubs, and athletic departments across every sport where pressure, confidence, focus, and composure decide performance.
    How long until I see results?
    Most athletes feel a shift in self-talk and reset speed within the first 2–3 weeks. We reassess every 60–90 days so progress is tracked, not assumed.
    Can parents work with IBE without signing up their athlete?
    Yes. Parents can take the parent Scorecard and access support strategies without enrolling their athlete.
    How do I cancel Athlete OS?
    You can manage or cancel Athlete OS at any time from the Manage Subscription page in your account, or email ibeperformance26@gmail.com and we will handle it within one business day.
    How fast does support respond?
    We typically respond to support requests within one business day. For login or assessment issues, include the email you signed up with so we can find your account quickly.
