Frequently asked questions
- What is iBE Performance?
- iBE Performance is founder-led mental performance coaching and consulting from Philip Coffman for athletes, parents, coaches, teams, schools, clubs, and organizations. Free consultations are 15 minutes for individual athletes, parents, and professional/Olympic athletes, or 30 minutes for teams, coaches, schools, organizations, and performers. Assessments are optional tools used when they add useful information.
- How does the free Mental Performance Scorecard work?
- The Scorecard is a short self-assessment that scores confidence, focus, pressure response, composure, and consistency. You get a tier (Foundation Needed, Developing, Competitive Ready, Competitive Edge) and a recommended next step, no payment required.
- What are the current offers?
- IBE training content is free to every signed-in account. If you are unsure what access you should have, contact support and Philip will review it. Team scope is discussed privately after the consult.
- Is this only for one sport?
- No. IBE works for athletes, teams, schools, clubs, and athletic departments across every sport where pressure, confidence, focus, and composure decide performance.
- How long until I see results?
- Timelines vary by person and situation; no specific result or timeline is guaranteed. When a baseline is useful, a 60–90 day reassessment helps track progress instead of assuming it.
- Can parents work with IBE without signing up their athlete?
- Yes. Parents can take the parent Scorecard and access support strategies without enrolling their athlete.
- How do I get my results or report again?
- Sign in to your portal to see your scorecard and profile history, or email ibeperformance26@gmail.com with the email you signed up with and your results link will be resent after review.
- How fast does support respond?
- I review support requests and follow up directly. For login or assessment issues, include the email you signed up with so your account can be found quickly.
